Confirm with all the vendors one week prior to wedding
Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Choreograph wedding ceremony processional and recessional
Day-Of Wedding Coordination (up to 8 hours)
Arrive 2 hours prior to the start of your wedding
Greet vendors and oversee setup of ceremony and reception
Coordinate start times with musicians
Line up wedding party and cue ceremony
Ensure best man/maid of honor have rings
Retain marriage license for officiant
Direct guests to reception area
Coordinate the transfer of flowers, security of gifts, guest book, etc. at
reception
Direct the bridal party and family to area for photographs
Arrange favors at place setting
Arrange placecards
Light Candles
Ensure cake table is properly arranged
Cue Bride and Groom for first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, toasts, and
bridal dance
Intercept any possible problems
Distribute final payments/gratuities as needed to vendors
Arrange for transportation of gifts with designated persons
